#SXSW Music/Cheap Trick, Crystal Method, Spoon, Scissor Sisters, Stone Temple Pilots, She and Him, Hole, Trail of the Dead, The Boxer Rebellion, Ray Davies, Estelle, Macy Gray, Smokey Robinson…
SXSW Music kickoff is tonight! That means SXSWi & Film is ending – oh boo – the winning session goes to the Cuban/Boxee debate and the Sean Lennon panel. The Tarantino session had the most drama. Most tweeted parties included Gowalla, PBS, Pure Volume, Frog Design, Diggnation and Ning (RV)IP Karaoke. That said, in just a few hours, no one will remember SXSWi anyway, as 2000+ bands hit the stage for SXSW Music with free food, open bars and wasted suits everywhere. Below are our picks for panels, performances, parties, plus band interviews, rumors and more. For the most comprehensive list of parties, download the Unofficial SXSW 2010 Events & Parties list from Fanbridge and become a fan of them on Facebook. Will post party pics below. Follow at #SXSW. Enjoy!
